It's good, although the outline looks a little off on the tail.
Oh, and you can use www.iaza.com to transparentize your sprites. (Remove the white background.)

Well, Elecmander is my brother... and we have Parental Controls. Which for some reason blocks Iaza.

Ah, I see. Then can you get/do you have GIMP? You can transparentise with that too.
