Rules of the ASBL

The Anime-Style Battle League (ASBL for short) is a league where up and coming young trainers may fight it out, using their favorite Pokemon, rather than needing to use The most Powerful Pokemon in a metagame, where not every Pokemon has a chance to shine. In the ASBL, a Rattata could beat a Garchomp, or a Sunkern may beat a Tyranitar. I'm not saying this will always happen, but it may. The rules of the ASBL are simple. Follow the forum rules. It is currently in development, and as such, rules may be added as they come up. Consider this a test run, and if the run should go smoothly, then the ASBL can really take off in Season Two. You start off with One Starter Pokemon, then, as you earn money, you may buy others, who will be priced, ranging by their usefulness. (Judging by stats, movepool, etc.) Once you have your Pokemon, you are free to battle.
